For tj who asked how i got the report on muscle mass. Also reposting this pic to see if it is still grainy. Not sure why some pics are clear and others are blurry and also dont know how you guys make pics show up side by side so they dont take up so much room….have a gorgeous day all!

I have a smart scale I ordered on Amazon that will give skeletal muscle, muscle mass, heart rate, total BF, subcutaneous BF, visceral BF, protein, fat free body weight, body weight, BMI, BMR, body water %, and metabolic age. However, I doubt is accurate as the machine your Dr. has.

Interesting. Just curious , do these results match up intuitively with how you think you look?

Getting cut, I have the same scale. As long as the numbers for body fat etc are trending down I feel I’m doing the right thing, even though I don’t actually believe those numbers 100% Yoh, great pic! Looking fit! 👍🏻😊

What is that report and love your outfit!!! You look great in white!

Gettingcut-i agree we bought a really inexpensive version of what you are describing but it was off. However, i think it should be reliable in terms of trending up or down for you. Both my dr office and pt match within decimal point but inbody sells a consumer version for $350 that we have talked about trying just for tracking. TG-yes i think i look awesome in clothes and have a fair amount of muscle mass it’s just disguised under a fair amount of skin laxity currently. Kenny!!! Thanks so much. Waiting for you to post new pic! Your arms are so pretty let’s see the rest of you Kenny🥰. RPL-that report is called an inbody report. It’s a very fancy techy scale that gives you all those readouts. When i first was on my bfp was over 50%. I cant remember may have even been 60%☹️ so to see a physical change via document is encouraging. I do this every 60 days but the report itself only goes back about past 9 months. Somewhere i have one of the older ones that made me really look at how unwell i was. Thanks on the outfit sis!!!! I posted this pic twice because every so often picture is super fuzzy i think its when i pick the size small option it happens. How do you post pics that are side by side? Im such a non-tech nerd🤬🤪

YOH I am a techy person and and still haven’t figured out people attach more than 1 pic in a post. So, great question! Hope some answers it :)

@GettingCut .. supposedly you can post multiple pics from the full/desktop site but many users on limited data plans prefer posters to use collage apps for multiple pic posting

I know on my laptop I can do that but not thru the app.

Looking fab YOH 😍 My full body comp testing showed that I was 100% muscle from the neck up 🙃😉 And the consumer body comp scales are not accurate but you can follow trends
07 Jul 23 by member: sk.17
Rpl how do you do it on your laptop? Sk all muscle from the neck up huh? No bone? No brain? Weird! That is not an accurate body comp test .. just sayin😂. Also much thanks!

getting cut- I totally agree... how on earth are people able to past more then 1 photo??

yoh- this inbody scale is interesting. So is the scale Kenny and gettingcut have; mine has a basic wt, BMI, bf%, muscle mass and water weight- been using it for years now. might have been $30 at Wal-Mart or something. thanks for sharing!
07 Jul 23 by member: DAZEY_iz_Well
Dazey you are so welcome. We actually looked up the one physical therapy uses but it was like 3500 or 4000 dollars so nope not happening but did see they had one for $350. I dont know if thats even worth it either. We have the inexpensive one but the scale is inaccurate in the weight read so i just dont trust it. Didn’t match our old reliable digital scale nor docs nor p.t.’s. Nice to see where the changes are tho right.
