Well, I was off on vacation for the last week. I did not weigh or record food (I did it some, but not really effectively). I weighed this morning and was at 199 (+6 lbs) but I was still "full" (trying to keep this from becoming to crass).
I will log for real and post here this coming Saturday - back on my normal schedule.
Have a great week, I'm glad to be back to my routine.
