Down 8 pounds from the day they told me to start paying attention to what I eat for my surgery. So far so good. I'm missing sweets but I'm not even near the 1500 limit they set for me. Feeling tired and having brain fog but I recognize these from basic training as my body fighting back at the lack of calories.
This too shall pass.
