goooood sunday morning journal...promised myself that it being sunday that i would go for a morning walk...77 with a heat index of 81...so still hot an humid here..even though its not been raining that much ...the morning dew is giving the grass the moisture it needs to keep green an growing...by the time i did my hour walk....tshirt looked like i had been in the shower with it on...lol...didnt see anyone else out walkin between 4am an 5am...very few cars were even out...i always wear a reflective see thru jacket an carry a small flashlight along with cell phone...just in case...for me best time of day to get my exercise in...when im just outta bed..not woke up fully...an energy levels at their highest....not much planned for today...several small jobs around the house to get done...changing the air filters for the month...just a few simple tasks....and the main task to keep cool and rested for the up coming week...going to meditate this afternoon and see if that helps to get back in the gym on a 5 day plan...have become very relaxed and not to committed this summer with sticking to a regular plan of exercising ...even keeping my gym membership thru the summer months and having use inside ...hoping it would keep me more motivated an on track...sometimes its as easy as going back to basics an doing what you did when you first started....an what worked to keep you motivated back then when the weight was coming off faster...i kno that my main weight has come off...an that the weight thats coming off now is the more stubborn weight....and i also kno that the upswings in weight can be as simple as water weight ....now that i have cooled off from my walk time to get up an change clothes an get some water....have a great day....keep positive an good things will come my way....
