So im guessing that whatever im doing isnt working, well I really dont have to guess my food intake is ridiculous, and I can't dial It back. Soooooo im thinking of going back to a daily weigh in and ten min of exercise in the am, and see where it goes from there, my three day stint into intermittent fasting was a disaster. So here goes.
