I've received my health assessment report today. I've always thought of myself as of a really healthy person. It looks that to maintain that, I'll have to work on it a bit harder. 4 areas in my health report were abnormal: 1) high blood pressure (for the first time in my life I can't brag about it :) ) 2) high LDL cholesterol count 3)low alkaline phosphatase in liver 4)High neutrophil count in my blood. I've spent couple hours online searching the causes and natural treatment. I came up with the plan for this year until the next yearly health assessment in June 2016. Here is my plan: 1) Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week; 2)Loose 10lbs; 3)Limit butter, fried food, baked goods intake; 4)Take vitamins and supplements, specifically zinc, folic acid, B-6, B-12, cranberry pills.
