goooooooooood mornin everyone...wakin up slowly this morning..infact i just want to lay bck down an go bck to sleep...still tired...deck is comin along nicely, but its wearing us both out...and then yesterday he traded for a truck...traded a truck for a truck...lol...hes always workin some kind of a deal for something..really its just a truck for parts...motor is only half there...but still good parts from the truck...so have to get a motor outta the tradin truck to trade ...another job..hes got 7 days to get that done...they will hold the truck for 7 days before they crush it...rain is movin in today..im hopin for rain..im tired an need a day off...lol...i enjoy helpin him...but im tired an just need a day off...hes just as tired as i am...and told me yesterday when i got ther...that he was wishin for a day off but tryin to get the deck done or at least get the floor on...so another day ...another workout...but gonna ride the bike today...just not in the mood for a morning walk...feet are tired from bein on them so much...an if i ride the bike i can rest alittle more..lol....well have a greattttttttt day....

its time to weigh in again...an i just want to turn off the scales reading on fs...its not going down like it once did...even with the exercise i do, it just doesnt seem to be helping anymore...in fact the weight is going up once again..slowly but surely..its depressing ...to get it off an then regardless of what you do watch it go in the oposite direction...the scales point up and yet my short jeans are fitting loose...so i just keep doing any kind of a workout i can to keep busy an to get a workout of some kind...my body was tired this mornin when i got up an i should of picked up on that but instead all i could think about was doing some kind of a workout...but instead i layed bck down on the bed an thought about what i should be doing, instead of thinkin how i needed more rest so i could hit it hard again tomow...im glad i layed down...i use to feel guilty when i took off a day from exercising, but over the last several months ive started listening to my body more, even though my mind wants to push on an get in the next workout...its hard to work off the weight an then slowly watch it go up ...regardless of what you try it doesnt seem to work...no wonder so many people give up when they dont get results like they expect...gettin the weight off is a mind game...being focused on what you want, and then giving it your all...its not only a life changing process, but a meal by meal, day by day process of doing the best you can...and if you mess up and have something you shouldnt, then the next meal is your start over point...to get back on track and back into that healthy routine once again...as tired as i am...i kno that its just another day of gettin some kind of a workout one way or another...and thats what its all about...eating the better meals, and moving the body instead of just sitting an not gettin that movement like your body needs ...just sittin around an thinkin about it doesnt get the weight off...been there done that...and it didnt work...thats whats nice about helping brian do stuff ...he needs help with different jobs at his home and i enjoy helping him...we get along great, as friends joking around and hes willing to teach me things that i didnt learn from my dad that i should of been listening to when dad was tryin to teach me things...even though brian is younger, hes like a mcgiver...he has a solution for whatever comes up... a jack of all trades...guess thats why i enjoy helpin him so much...i get to learn stuff and a great workout of some kind...il get a great workout at brians one way or another im sure..and if i dont, then theres always a stationary bike here that i can get on and peddle to no where...lol...

Hey, twin! I'm kind of in the same boat - with the weight not really coming off any more like it used to. But the important thing is, we are eating better, moving more and feeling good! Don't let it get to you. Maybe our bodies just need a break from losing for awhile. Hope you get some good rest!
