I'm going a little over the top but I feel I have to right now. I have to want this change and not let my brain do the "oh come on, lighten up, it's only a piece of cake" because for me it's the defeat that I couldn't stand up to it that causes the damage. I know, I'm probably going to get a "slightly nutty" sticker :)
134.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
