At the moment, and like the previous time, I am and was so focussed on food and what I eat! I think in the beginning I'll:
1. Count the calories until I find the correct number to maintain
2. Weigh weekly, like now, to monitor
But then ..
1. Think I'll estimate and eat healthy and moderate portions
2. Weigh monthly
Don't want food and weight to occupy and rule my life!!!
