its friday and i woke up early enough to get to the gym for a change...and get a weight/cardio day done for a change...yes it was hard to get up an go...another day in a long line of hot weather an humidity....trimmed grass yesterday...and almost looking forward to winter...and cooler temps...shewww...just so hot here this year...or seems to be...and august is comin just in a few days...be nice to see a few cool days for a change...i might like them...lol...well...need to make the bed...an get some water ...and then..hopefully stay in an stay cool....2 days off from having to try an get outta bed and head to the gym...hopefully can get back into the habit next week...its not that i dont want to go to the gym...just to tired from the day before with the heat and all....
