Today was not my best day. With it being pay weekend and and shopping, bought breakfast and lunch. But tomorrow we start dieting again and all systems go...

Hang in there! you done so well till now, so keep it gong. Hope your knee didn't put you off to much and you starting well on Monday. I miss you at gym!!!

Thanks for the support. I am hoping to go back to gym on Monday, if all goes well at physio. Will take it slow at first but need to get back in to shape again. I hate trying to loose weight and cant burn the extra calories.
