8.5-10 MILE 3 HOUR WALK TODAY. THATS A FIRST. THERE ARE PROX 7 LONG LONG HILLS IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. ADDED TWO TODAY. THEY BOTH HAVE A 10% GRADE SO LITTLE STEEP. FIRST ONE WAS 3/4 MILE DOWN AND BACK UP SECOND ONE WAS 1.5 MILE DOWN TO RIVER WHERE THERE IS AN AWESOME RUNNING TRAIL. HUBS RUNS IT ALL THE TIME. HES BEEN TRYING TO GET ME TO ADD HILLS FOR 6 MONTHS BUT I WAS NERVOUS. SO STEEP. BUT I DID IT BETTER THAN EITHER OF US EXPECTED. ME, THE HUBS AND MY LITTLE BLACK DOG (WHITE DOG HAS PAD INJURY FROM RUNNING COUPLE DAYS AGO). PERSONAL WIN FOR ME. HAVEN’T WALKED A HILL OUT HERE IN OVER 10 YEARS! MOVIN ON UP! ONLY BAD THING ABOUT GOING DOWN IS YOU HAVE TO GET BACK UP🤪🤪🤣SAW SUCH PRETTY STUFF. DUCKS, SQUIRRELS, FISH AND HAPPY PEEPS.

Awwww thanks guys. I did a repeat today. Have to confess, my bum is very owie today. From the walk not from funny business😂🤓. Kind of surprised myself!! Also saw a little drop on the scale so hoping its from the double your work double your fun day yesterday 🧐. Tud, I’m also on super limited calorie intake due to medical issues that have my metabolism in full on revolt. Im also trying to increase muscle. Ive gained a little over 6b pounds in muscle in past 2 months per the in body machine at p.t. Im up about 150-200 calories more than last summer and still getting a slow but steady weight loss so it is working its just the adrenal failure and mtfhr combo (& post menopause I’m sure) issue at play. Before i got sick i was at 2000-2200 a day and maintaining. Your wife is prob like lots of us. The number on the scale can get scary. It’s why it’s helpful to have a piece of equipment that measures the change in body fat and the addition of muscle. We are actually talking about buying an in body machine for our gym for that reason. You are the very best kind of husband. The kind that wants the very best for your wife but loves her regardless. Love what you said about her back!!!😂. When hubs went to f.i.t. Workouts from straight weights his bum transformed into a thing of wonder!!! And his legs!!!! Lost some in his chest and bi’s but looks amazing!!! (He still lifts just less). I wish her the very best. When she starts getting results she will get more excited I’m sure
