I had a tremendous weekend. Saturday, I had a good weigh in and a nice run with a friend and my daughter. Then my high school friend and his kids were in town for 3 days for a lacrosse tournament. Went to meet them at the tournament. I did "ok" Sat. Sunday started well with a six mile run (new record for a single run). Then I started eating - lots of junk. Monday we went to six flag and I really lost control.

I suspect I really blew my weight number up this weekend. But man did I have fun. I am going to eat extra well the rest of the week, exercise a wee harder, and not weigh in till Sat (normal weigh in day). I hope that I have maintained at least my goal of 195 - we shall see.
