The past couple of weeks have been a little stressful, plus one of the kids I look after takes long naps in the afternoons. As a result, slightly less active. Also, we are still sleep training her, so until then I can't work out while she is sleeping because she is a light sleeper and every foreign noise wakes her up. However, her family did buy a white noise machine this past week and it seems to help a bit. I hope this will help her sleep soundly and maybe I can begin doing mini workouts while she naps!
