gooooooooooooooood monday mornin...im up an ready to get this day started...got refocused once again and stuck to a great workout yesterday...did 2x30 min on bike, 45 min walk, then around lunch time did 45 min on bike, then after six last night even though the humidity was still bad went out an did another 15 min routine...did over 32,000 in steps yesterday a new high for me..just means gotta do better today hopefully...gotta keep tryin even though the easy way would be to not do it...but that doesnt get me anywheres but bck to the way it was years in the past...sometimes takin days off is a good thing..gives you time to refresh and think about what you are strivin to do...but them days off usually means eating wrong and that just means having to work harder to work off the extra...so todays another new day for me just like yesterday...ive started writing down on a piece of paper what i want to achieve today...like a check list...then i check em off thru the day when i get that chore done...i use to do it in the past an then like alot of things i quit...but doing it yesterday not only got me to thinkin how good it was, but i could see that i still had exercise to do and i wanted to check it off like everything else on my list....well need to get up an eat breakfast an make out my list for the day...have a greatttttttttttttt day everyone...an thanks again twin for the points in walkertracker...lol...not sure what good the points are ...but thanks again...
