Debbie Cousins's Journal, 05 April 2023

Whew! Almost forgot to finish up my walking today. Very busy morning. The kids were with me until about 2pm. Did all their grocery shopping, brought them lunch, and went to the pharmacy (which was CLOSED because their system was down). I’m pretty pooped, but I still have 3/4 of a mile to walk. Just called t he e pharmacy (2 hours later), and can’t get a real person. Must still be closed. The antibiotics and anxiety meds are helping some. Wish she could get the anti-itch/anti-inflammatory cream and pain pills, though!

I have a doctor appointment and dentist tomorrow (Thurs). Going out to lunch with the kids and their great grandma & her sister and BIL on Friday. 12-year old helped me do the pre-Easter cleaning yesterday, so that’s not weighing on me.

Well done Debbie, You are SO close to breaking through the 200lb threshold. The next 4 days will be loaded with yummy temptation, well , for me at least. How about we drink our 8 cups of water and cut the sweets in half and check in on Monday. I bet we can sail through Easter! All the Best! PattiOB
