Maybe the Memorial day break in my diet shook things up, but I am at target today. I am also BMI normal (no longer overweight). I assume that means happiness, contentment, and wealth will immediately become mine (hahaha).

Seriously, thanks to everyone on this site who supported me and my family who helped me get healthy after years of not be so.

195.0 lb Lost so far: 77.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I met a friend (red sox fan) to watch the game last night, the Rangers win and I hit my target => great 12 hr span.
