SG- Thanks! it definitely helps to go to a gym 3x a week and have a trainer that works with your age and ability.

MA- Thanks! Trying to tell myself to go do my daily plank. Hubby is gone this week so I need to make sure I keep my form and don’t cheat.

amazing! im blown away when i get into zone 4 for like 30 seconds! In healing phase, at the moment, the heaviest weights im using are 8lbs. i used to do barbells squats at 60lbs-120lbs.

Dazey- thanks! It is interesting to see the zones after a workout. You will get thru your healing phase and be back at it! I really got behind too. I was bench pressing a 100# and I am down to 65# but I trust the process! I told the trainer 100# again by the time I turn 60!

HCB - thanks - I love squat and deadlift day - my favorite workout except for the prowler at the end. Oh well no one said it would be fun!
