PS - I didn't get to reply to everyone but I did go back and read the later entries. Again - can't tell you how much I appreciate all your help.

Just read your post from yesterday great post and discussion, For me there is no end game, I guess if and when I ever get to my goal weight it will be maintenance or a new goal not in weight but in life. as I have said before if I am 185-195 and not above I am good with it, I put 185 as a goal cause I have weighted that since I got out of boot camp in 1984.
