goooooood mornin....no workout this morning...i have to work on a routine an then sticking with it...scales are up ...but im guessing its from muscle gain...upper legs are sore from squats yesterday...was planning on doing a 4 day workout...now im thinkin 3 everyother day with 2 off is enough...speaking from past years i can remember how i was active an my body was able to take the workouts an as each day passes seems like my mind wants to do more an my energy level just cant handle it...good intentions ...not enough energy to complete the weekly routine....so im guessing a change in what i eat at breakfast on days i workout are in order...so will try that monday...see if thats the answer....
