Well, I have completed Round 2 of HCG and I have lost a total of 38lbs between my first two rounds. I was pushing size 20 when I started and am now in sizes from 10 - 14 depending on the brand and age of the piece (a size 10 today seems more like a 14 from 5 years ago!)

I am doing homeopathic hCG so I have two more days of VLCD but my last dose weight was this morning at 158. (I actually have two scales and one of them has me at 157.5 but I always go with the higher weight shown on the scales.)

I have done two 40-day rounds. My third round will start June 9th. My goal weight is 117 so I've lost about half the weight I want to lose. I can totally see the difference through my middle. I WISH my fat arms and face were slimming down but not yet. I know hCG pulls first from the middle, so I know it will be several more rounds before I see significant loss on my arms.

I took before measurements and measured again at the end of that round. So I'm going to post all those soon.

It is a bit depressing that very few people have said anything to me like "hey, have you lost weight?" I mean, I'm only 5'2" so you'd think that a nearly 40-pound loss on me would show . . . but I think because my face is still "fat" it's not so noticeable? Oh well. Just keepin' on, keepin' on protocol.

I just went back to my very first journal entry:

Weigh-in: 158.0 lb lost so far: 0 lb still to go: 41.0 lb

WOW.Eight years later and I am at the exact weight I weigh today still wanting to lose 41 lbs. E.I.G.H.T. years.

Back then, 158 was a high but over the years it has now become a low. Kind of depressing. Like how the size 10 jeans in my closet were once fat jeans but now as I lose weight they are skinny jeans.

I LOVE hCG and feel like it's been a miracle in my life. I hope when I look back on this journal entry years from now, it will indeed be the turning point in this life-long struggle with my weight.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
