Jillzee00's Journal, 11 May 2015

I went off my diet for the weekend--totally off, totally wild. Mother's Day is a HUGE event for me. It means the world. I decided I wasn't even going to write down what I ate. Why drag myself down? I had fun. I went back on my diet today, at work. I did "good," however not to the point I was at last week. When I look back to last week, I felt like I was going to pass out the one day. So.....I need to eat and include starches, which I totally cut out. Now...how can I change this to benefit me and still lose weight? Exercise. It's that simple, or....errrrr...it should be. LOL. I keep making excuses. I want my "Fit Bit." LOL. This is my latest "excuse." Not giving up. I will not give up on losing weight. I will succeed. I haven't been on here as much as I was. This site definitely helps. I need to be on here more!

way to jump back on the wagon Jillz. I think everyone should enjoy the holidays the way the want and if mothers day is big for you then you should go for it. And i believe exercise is def a good savior. It kept me from gaining when i had that cheetos and ice cream that one week. and I totally recommend the fitbit to anyone who is thinking about getting one.. its been a a huge key to my success and has kept me honest and pushing myself more..I have the flex tracker and my husband has the zip and my bff has the HR.. which i really want.. Hope you get yours soon!

Thank you so much. I haven't been on here much. Haven't been a good buddie. It's just so hectic lately and I need to get on here more. It definitely helps. I want my Fitbit soooo bad! It will keep me more conscious of my exercise. I do better when I track my weight and food, so I can only imagine how much better it will be to track my exercise--accurately!
