Good morning to all my friends. Hmmm...what to talk about. I'm here at work on a Friday when usually I'm off. I would still be sleeping...boy, I wish I was. I didn't get to go to the boxing fight last night but my hubby did. He got in a little after 1am...and of course I woke up when he got home. I had to be up by 4:45am, so needless to say, I'm dead tired.
Before he left last night, he and I ran 1.5 miles. I'm still trying to build up my endurance. I'm getting better. I only slowed to a walk once and it was for a very short time. I was so proud of myself. I want to start increasing it to 3 miles. I was thinking I would run the first 1.5 miles and then take a 5 minute break and then go again. I really want to get up to 3 miles/day. I teach my first women's mma fitness class tonight. I finally got some students. I'll let y'all know how that goes. I'm pretty excited about it. My twin nephew's 2nd birthday was yesterday so we'll be celebrating it tomorrow. I can't believe how fast they're growing!! Anyway, I'll be getting plenty of exercise this weekend. I can tell my core is getting so much stronger. I tell ya...and all you runners know this already, my core is so tight and strong after my run. I love it!!! I have to say...I'm addicted!! I guess that's what they call the runner's high!

Great job on the running! No worries...keep running and you'll get to 3 miles in no time! Try to increase it by 0.1 miles every other jog or something like that!
