Made homemade sweet potato fries last night and DH loved them. I just peeled and cut up the sweet potatoes, shook them in melted coconut oil, sprinkled with sea salt and baked.

Now I have another healthy alternative to french fries that we can both enjoy, that is as long as I don't eat to many - LOL.

Tried them, very yummy! However my favorites were the ones that were crispier. I think next time I will do them on a grate instead of just in a baking pan.
