Just ate dinner. Ugh, I am not a late eater. There's no way to work this off. Hubby messed up on the grill, had to bring it in and wellll..it is what it is. I wasn't going to eat, but I was starved and I needed to have more calories or it would be really unhealthy. I'm expecting a gain tomorrow and the next day from eating so late, but oh well....I'm not eating a lot and I know I'm eating heathy, but the end numbers.....LOL. I did go out and walked in Walmart tonight. Does that count? LOL.

ALL walking counts!! :) Sometimes when my grocery store is sorta empty I go up and down the same aisle several times just to get the extra steps...plus parking in the FAR corner of the parking lot...Have a great rest of the week !!!!!!!!!!

Perhaps you could just weigh once per week? it is less aggravating and you likely will see a loss, right?

"Exercise of any kind burns calories! :) You can do this Jill! I just read another article that says "it now doesn't matter what time we eat, as long as the calories are kept at a diet level." Shrug? Next week they will be telling us that we have to wake up in the middle of the night and eat, because it is healthier for us! LOL Have a great evening Buddy! GBU~Ann :)

I couldn't handle weighing every day. It would freak me out. God bless your tolerance of the Idiot Box. Any walk at Walmart in my town should count double. Have to walk about 1/2 mile to find a cart without a wheel that isn't oriented in the opposite direction; while the 22 cart workers are leaning against the wall on their phones. Then, no matter which side of the store you go to, there is only one of the 432 check out lines open, & you guessed it, it's on the opposite side of you. Then you have to stand in line while the 12 managers watch the one cashier check people out. If they are turning profits & still being this inefficient; I could only imagine what profit they could make if they utilized their resources correctly. I try to stay away from the Walmart; I can't help but calculate the time they cost me by being so inefficient & it kills me. But price is king & sometimes you just can't avoid going. Better luck today.
