Work got crazy today and I have a migraine that won't quit. Back to work tomorrow, then 5 days off. Hope everyone has a great weekend!!

I hope your migraine gets better! I suffer from them too and I have been trying to get rid of this one for 2-days. Have you identified any foods that cause them?

Leahs, yes. I stopped eating gluten and they got significantly better. I think it was the stress at work.
