I forgot to weigh again today. I had to get up early and drink tons of water for a drug test for my new job. I have been eating well. I plan to go for a run in a bit but am tired from lack of sleep and still digesting my smoothie. Have a great day FS fam.

I hate when I forget to weigh and it happens a lot for me. I wonder if my is psychological. I didn't sleep well either.
