gooooooooood mornin everyone...all that rain we could have an we got hardly any of it...foggy here this morning an in the 70s to start the day out with...gettin ready to get on that bike again...my steps total up to over 28,000 yesterday and i just wanted to keep addin more on, but was just to tired to do them...woke up in middle of the nite with a leg cramp, but was able to work it out without to much discomfort...so will eat a bannana today...guess the couple of slices i had in my jello last night wasnt enough...lol...kept busy all day yesterday...not sure what im gonna do today yet..but gonna try an keep addin the steps on...everyday i can...weight is still down again this morning so im gonna past my 1 pound loss...took a while to get it back off again...but im sticking to my guns an not makin a habit of having stuff i shouldnt ...mom went to walmarts without me yesterday and brought home cookies an ice cream...not a good thing, but she likes the sweats...but like most older people she doesnt have the extra weight on her an can eat anything she wants...an not show it...so just means a week or however long it lasts...of not gettin into it on a regular basis...so far im pattin my slf on the back cause i havent been into either one of em....lol...hopefully i can say that in a week....well need to get this body up an ride that bike and do them crunches ...get that workout over with...my body would rather just go bck to bed...lol...but im up an ready so out side i go....have a greattttttttttttttttt day everyone.....

Aww, your mom sounds like my mom, buying things she shouldn't have around the house when there's people trying to be good. Hope you're able to resist! Good job on the exercise!!
