gooooood sunday morning...had planned on going to the gym this morning for a workout...but brian called yesterday afternoon and was going out road trippin so i went to get outta the house for a few hours...ended up being a rockin experience...we ended up lookin for rocks so he could rockscape around his yard today...was just like lifting weights of all sizes an shapes into the back of his pickup...we ended up with enough weight in the back that when he turned on his headlights as the sun was going down, that they was shinning about 2-3 inches higher then normally they would...an when we got back to his house...the mud flaps was touching the ground...about a 4-5 inch loss....so we had a pretty good load of rocks on the back...even though im not gettin in the gym for a workout...im still gettin some kind of a workout ....tomow is back into the gym an im lookin forward to getting back into the habit again...i do miss going and knowing im gettin a workout in...brian said he might call today so we can unload and place the rocks...suppose to be another humid day with a heat advisory...so...will be a sweaty workout....brian was tellin me last night his brother had purchased one of the shake weights...dumbell with a shock absorber init to give you a workout...said his brother was impressed with the workouts he was getting...impressed brian enough that he was gonna look into it....so we will see...lol...
