gooooooood mornin everyone...rain is movin into the area again this mornin...i guess all day would be a better way of lookin at it..lol..but since ive been ridin my bike to no where it dont matter what the weather is...81 outside right now is what weather channel says...anyways...just another day of riding the bike an gettin in my exercise...have been doing crunches as well...an im happy to say...its startin to pay off once again...so hard to get in a healthy habit an stay in that habit...i can eat right an i can exercise, but i just cant seem to keep doing the same stuff all the time...easier to go back to the old habits that get you off track...along road to go i can see ...but one i look back on an really am glad i took...i look at people that ive worked with or knew thru my life that i never thought would gain weight like i did...an when i see them they have changed just like i did...so easy to get stuck in that rut of eating wrong and not stayin in an exercise routine...watched bits an pieces of operah yesterday an really felt sorry for the people on it...it was about obese people an them workin off the weight..yes they was bigger then me when they started...but once your overweight, doesnt really matter how much...your still overweight an you want to get it off....my new goal that ive decided to shoot for is to get 25,000 steps a day or close to it an then gradually add more...an to keep doing the crunches...its starting to pay off i can see...a different workout then just walking in the mornings...and my body is showing the losses..hopefully tomow i can show the loss on the scales even more...have a great day...you can do this...its just a matter of tweaking here or there...keep that body guessin what you doing to make it a healthier body...an a happier body....

just got done with my 2x30 min on bike...an my 20 min of crunches an now gonna take a few for a break, then busy busy busy today...
