goooooood monday mornin...geeez...i must be exercisin to much...nights are flyin by an im wakin up in the mornings still tired...an im sleepin all night as well...did about 20,000 steps again yesterday...did half of em right after supper...would like to add another 5,000 to my workout ..im sure i can do the steps just need to get into the habit..with the humidity like its been, hard to go outside an crawl on a bike to no where and sweat more then usual...lol...yeah yeah i kno its good to sweat, but....when its humid...im like everyone else i just want to stay inside an enjoy that cool air...have started doing crunches once again...thinkin different exercises will trick my body once again...at times i wonder just how much more i can trick it..id think it would be wise to the exercises by now...another humid day again today with more rain movin thru this afternoon...so....guess i need to get breakfast over with so i can head out side an get my mornin ride over with...o boyyyyyyy....butt has finally gotten use to a different workout so its all mental now an stayin on it as long as i can...30-40 min is usually my limit...thats when the little voice in my head is screamin that its time to get off that seat an stretch...lol...well have a greatttttttttt day....
