Generally feeling good but somehow my weight has started to creep back up. Very disappointed but I know it is down to being relaxed about what I am eating and quantities. So need to really introduce changes to my lifestyle and only indulge on an odd occasion as a reward.

Going back to 5:2 regime to kickstart my weight loss again, hopefully. Also bought smoothie maker so lets see how the kale and blueberry smoothies help :)
