happy 4th....the plan had been to go to the gym this morning...but when i woke up just didnt feel like going to the gym ...ate breakfast and instead went back to sleep...guess i just needed the sleep...some days are like that...i think all the humid weather plays into not wanting to do the workouts as well...not really sure ...did have rain yesterday and suppose to be more today..only problem with that...with it being humid...after the rain...its worse...todays plan is just to take it easy..get rested an back into the gym tomow...

Have a Happy 4th. I was drowsy all day yesterday and stayed up all night. I will sleep hopefully till early in the afternoon at latest, sometimes working out doesn't 'work out'! :)
