Happy with where I am weight loss wise, ketones at 2.3mmol. My biggest battle yet is what I am going to do from Wednesday as I am traveling Overseas on Holiday. I hope I can find Gyms where I am going. Another thing is 27hrs flying, will be a big test. Maybe I'll hit a massive gym session before my flight.

Thanks, travelling multi-continents, this Covid thing did a number, cutting of all travels so just starting to catch up. Diet wise it is going to be a tough challenge, but I am trying to plan now. I might have to ditch Keto for 7 weeks and opt for a low calorie balanced diet. Also eating by 6:30pm will be tough but I'll try figure it out.
