its amazing how fast the weight comes back on :( I've increased my cardio to 1 hr min for the past week and i've managed to gain more...Not having my meals plan prepped is throwing me off especially if I miss breakfast...i'll be starving and eat anything. no more almonds for me...gotta stick with the plan!!! Plus all this desk work is killin me!!!
