starting new this week again. back on track. getting up at 7:00, starting my day with bible study. also back to doing yoga. countign my calories religously. I am determined to meet my goals. I have not done horrible the past couple weeks but I could tell a difference in my energy level and attitiude with not sticking to my plan.
