I’m so glad you’re back. I’ve seen so many great people leave here and never return. I am glad you are not one of those statistics! Seriously. You will be OK.🤗👍🏻💙

Look at those guns you are packing! I need to set some goals like you have. Right now I am still trying to bench press 100 3x but have gone backwards it seems on my progress but trusting the system and the work. Glad to see you back as I enjoy your posts. Totally understand having to get off social media at times.

Seems like you have a plan. Make sure to also Surround yourself with some pros that can give you real feedback. I do that. I have a nutritionist and three professional trainers / athletes that give me advice. You are doing great. You got this. 👍💪

I can understand all of the feelings you are going through. Throw that embarrassment feeling out of the window. There is no need to feel that way. Take the anger and disappointment and use that to fuel the fire of determination. You should be proud of your accomplishments so far. You have come further than most will and you are an inspiration to many.
I want to see you destroy those other goals on your list. We can come back to the ripped abs goal at a later date.

golfmarina thank you appreciate all your support. If things start to go off course I may take the professional route but one of main things I pride myself on is being able to do pretty much anything I need to myself. I will say that I scheduled a physical thanks to JustBananas pushing me to do it though so anything is possible apparently its been over 6 years since they have no records of me having had one anymore. I'll keep it in mind though thank you and I saw a few of your posts looks like you have been crushing it lately!!

TheUnhealthyDaddy Thanks man I really appreciate it and I'm sure Im going to be comming to you for advice during this bulking phase I'm not going to lie It scares the crap out of me purposely gaining fat but I understand the need and the process. I just hope I can see it through without panicking too bad over it. I promised myself I would never be fat again. But I'm off to a good start pushing hard and tracking everything. Still eating pretty well but I have allowed myself to enjoy a few treats or higher calorie meals that I haven't had in a year but still staying at 300 cal surplus. Still want to eat healthy 90 percent of the time but I using simple carbs as pre and post or even intra workout if really necessary. I'm still doing cardio as well but adjusting my calorie intake to account for cardio sessions

LivinBreezy I didn't mean it in a bad way I meant it as there are some amazing people on this site such as yourself that are real and genuine and not fake like most places on the internet. Fatsecret is like a little bubble of nice very real people that I don't think exists pretty much anywhere else on the Internet or maybe even in real life too haha

I'm sorry you're feeling this way, OTB. That's really hard. It's difficult how connected to our emotions our journeys of health are. It isn't just about loving how we look, but loving how we feel in our bodies.
You are very inspirational to many here (myself included) because of your determination, perseverance and strength. And those are the qualities that will help you achieve the new goals you have. I'm rooting for you!!! #teamOTB!!! 😁

D_not_Cupcake thanks I'm glad I found my way back here as well I wasn't sure If I was going to but dare I say I missed a bunch of you. I needed to step away because honestly even though I had a plan I didn't even know what to say at that point just so much flying through my head needed to calm down. Just bummed out more than anything else now but onto the next chapter and we will see where it takes me.

Wisco Soul thank you so much I really appreciate your support and totally agree with everything you wrote. And we are always toughest on ourselves and our own biggest critics sometimes remembering that and acceptance are easier said than done but I'm getting there. Sorry I missed your huge milestone congrats on making it to wonderland you rock!!

I am with Wifey, please don’t leave our FS family. And D wow, I am even inspired.👍
Otb, you look like a model so I am confused about you being hard on yourself.🙃 Very handsome, let’s take it as it comes, and just do our best, one day at a time. ☀️

Yep, I took a peek at your intake and saw you are hitting 3k calories some days. I know you must be enjoying the extra calories. Your carbs even hit 500g! Hello energy! The initial bump feels amazing after being in a deficit for so long.
Don't stress too much about gaining fat back. I know, I'll be the same way but it will happen during a bulk. But even if you were to gain 40% from fat (8lbs out of 20lbs), you would still have 8-10lbs of new muscle after the water is gone. And you know how easily you can burn off 8lbs of fat. It will be even easier with the extra muscle.
