went to new Dr, today, very nice, won't know anything for 3 weeks, as for meniscus tears seemed to be 90% recovered, wear knee brace when playing Pickleball, hopefully will be playing more, might have lost hopefully, as I could not eat all day do to blood test, had black coffee only, and I hate that, ate One meal today, trying to get back to weight loss mode again as Holidaze are coming, and I'm sure I will be eating, and not good things either.
