gooooooooooood friday morn ing...woke up to go to gym but back felt like it had a small catch in it this morning..so decided do weights probably wasnt wise...so went back to bed after breakfast hoping the extra sleep would help..it didnt...hoping i can make todays workout up tomow morning...kinda wait an see...kept up an moving yesterday...so just another busy day...not sure what my plans are today...if its not raining tomow then the shrubs get a haircut...lol...busy busy...all great exercise to keep up an moving...have a great one...

I think you did the best thing not doing the weights..If my back feels iffy, there is no way I'm doing anything to get it started hurting.. Have a great Friday...Bren

thanks mighty and bren...guess today will be trim the shrubs...friend is coming over to help....will still take all day to do them...he trims i rake...still great exercise for both...
