I am going to be out of my element (my own kitchen) all week this week. I am worried about gaining. I don't have much low carb stuff here nor do I have a lot of money to spend on food. So, I'm trying to think of what I can get thats cheap and good that I can gnosh on all week and still feed the little ones to boot.

What I already have is: cereal and milk for the girls, a pack of bacon, a dozen eggs, a pack of low carb tortilla's from trader joes, oh and a bag of tortellini that they can eat with butter or olive oil. Um, some green peppers and onions and a jar of marinara sauce. I can buy a few things but I'm wondering what I can get that will really help me stretch my budget this week. Breakfast for them is easy they can eat cereal. I could buy some uncle sam and a container of almond milk I guess. Although one container of almond milk won't last me all week. We can have bacon and eggs on 2 days. I'm really only concerned with lunch and dinner. Like to find a lot of things to do with those tortillas. Maybe chicken tacos. I can always get a rotisserie chicken at BJs. Oh yeah, no oven here either. Only the stovetop. Wow!! This is gonna be a challenge. I'm all ears if anyone has suggestions!!!
