Good morning. I went to pilates last night. I love that class. I feel so lean and strong after doing the class. I think I may go with my hubby to boxing tonight instead of boot camp. I'm still having problems with my arches and that class kills my arches in my feet. I have a hard time finishing some of the exercises simply b/c my feet are on fire. I'll do the circuit at boxing so I'll still get an awesome workout. I'm going to have to do something different with my eating. I'm plateauing and I want to get out of the 140's. My hubby is having the same problem so I think we'll eat more protein and drink more water. I have to admit, neither one of us has been drinking enough water. It's so easy to get out of the habit of drinking water. I prefer drinking my monster...which of course is not the best thing!! I just love them though!! They're my "treat".
We're going to go somewhere and watch the Lesnar fight this weekend. I'm ready to just relax this weekend. It seems like we've had something going on every weekend since the summer started.

I just got back on the "water" train myself. Evelyn mentioned water the other day and I wanted to find something I read....I still need to look for it. It's essential to weight loss, start drinking more and I'll bet the 130's appear on that scale!

What's a monster? And how do you drink one?! I took a Yogalates class a little while back and loved it, too, especially the Pilates aspect of it. I always felt like I was an inch taller after each class!

lol @ evelyn. i want to try yogalates! hope you aren't drinking too much monster! i THINK i've read when you drink too much caffeine it makes you more dehydrated so you have to have MORE even more water! so drink up uh, water i mean!!!

I know what you mean about the monster energy drinks...I hate that I love them so much. It's like my coffee!! I love the taste of it. I only drink the blue ones which are the low carb, 10 calorie ones...yeah, like that's better, right!!!
