goooood mornin and happy 4th to everyone...rain is movin in this morning...wakin up to 72 today...just gonna take it easy today let my body have the rest it needs...sometimes its hard to remember that your body needs a day off from the exercise you throw at it from day to day...when you first start workin the weight off all you have on your mind is gettin the weight off with any kind of exercise you can do..but you also need to remember your body needs a day off from time to time to rest an recoup from the workouts...i use to worry about takin the time off, was afraid that if i took the time off i would get lazy like i once had been...but i soon found out a day or 2 off was good for both my mind an my body as it gave me time to focus on my workouts an my eating..at the start of workin off the weight, it would of been easy to take a day or two an go back to a unhealthy lifestyle, but now having been on a healthy life change for the last almost 2 years, its easier to stay on the right path..yes there are days i go off the wagon an eat something i shouldnt...but i no longer beat my slf up like i once did..cause i kno that its good to allow my body a cheat...long as i dont make a habit of it...yesterday stopped at a buffett bar and ate what i wanted to...but still chose wisely, till it came time for dessert and then...lol...o well...gotta keep makin this body wonder whats going on...lol...well gonna get up an find breakfast...have a greattttttttttttttt 4th of july and a safe weekend!!!!
