Hmmmm...good morning my FS pals!
I recently found out that a dear friend of mine died two weeks ago. No one called me! How sad! Needless to say, I have been out of sorts and have been very naughty! Today is my first day back in the gym after about a week. It amazes me how when things happen, I experience a set back! I guess that is what happens in this wonderful thing called life...One thing is for sure life is too short and before you know it life is over! My friend was only 32 years old. It is believed that she suffered an aneurism. She is dearly missed!
Since Myesha’s death, I feel even more compelled to appreciate life, not take one single breath for granted and focus on my health! Also, to let all those who are dear to me know how much I love them! Things happen so quickly and we don’t always have the opportunity to simply say...
I LOVE YOU and YOUR EXISTANCE MATTERS to me!

So young, wow..I learned this very lesson when my mom died.. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to love her and take care of her.

Shia-I just want to keep my loved ones close! I don't want to take them for granted...I am sad! The gym should really help me clear my head!

I'm so sorry for your loss but you have a put a positive spin on it. It has made you look at your own life and appreciate it more...and the people around you!! Good for you!! I believe everything has a purpose...God shows His love in everything!!
