made it to my goal weight
215.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1978 kcal Fat: 116.75g | Prot: 79.55g | Carb: 157.84g.   Breakfast: McDonald's Fruit & Maple Oatmeal without Brown Sugar. Lunch: Goat Cheese, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Strawberries, Craisins, Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, Baby Spinach, Butter or Sugar Cookie. Dinner: Land O'Lakes Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil, Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat Bread (50g), Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Cheese Wedges, Vegetable Oil, Giant Eagle Cherry Tomatoes, Baby Spinach, Food Club Large Egg, Apples, Great Value Mixed Nuts. more...
