Herbie's Journal, 07 February 2015

Down another pound, which I'm happy about. The loss is so quick, makes me realize how much crap I was eating before! My exercise hasn't changed... the thing that is different is that I'm managing portion sizes, reducing carbs (breads, sweets, etc.), and being more careful about calories. I'm feeling a lot better today. It's a beautiful day here and I enjoyed playing soccer outside with my family and a group of friends... sometimes I can even almost keep up with those crazy middle school boys. :)

Thanks. I'm feeling a bit better today (both emotionally level and having fewer headaches). And the sun was out. Makes a big difference.
