I’m soooooooo excited!!!!!! I’m really getting it now!!!!! 20/4 if I did however gain 4 lbs over the weekend at the zoo but lost it all back plus 1lbs!!!! I can eat WHATEVER just not WHENEVER!!!!! THANK YOU LORD JESUS

228.8 lb Lost so far: 29.9 lb. Still to go: 53.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Buenita it has been a challenge but God has been helping! I’m starting to receive a lot of compliments now it feels good!

Yes ma’am I do only 20/4 when I don’t I gain weight and it’s just what’s best. I can eat whatever just not whenever. So that’s what I have noticed. It’s hard when it’s social engagements that involve eating.
