goooooood mornin everyone...wakin up to another warm morning already...76 with a heat index of 82 already...so another sweaty walk this morning...then gonna cut grass again!!!...brian came over last night..an i was showin him my mators..he was surprised they was so tall...about 6 foot tall...he asked me what i planted them in..told him miracle grow an hummas...i could see the wheels turnin in his head...lol...the movie i watched yesterday on hula.com...super size me was a good movie...bout a really healthy guy that does a steady for 30 days just eating mc dees and he documents it all by doing blood tests and going to the doctors regularly and writes it all down as to what he eats...he gained 30 pounds in 30 days...at the end the doctors were surprised by the results...well worth watching...im beginnin to think its gonna be a humid summer here..so..the more i stay out in it, the easier it will be on me when i need to get out in the weather...temps have been over 100 in the afternoons with heat index...i kno yesterday when i went runnin with brian, once we got outta his pickup it was ruff at first but then not to bad once body adjusted to it...well need to get up an moving...get ready for that walk...get some water in me before i head out the door...have a greatttttttttt day...an keep that body cool if your havin my kind of weather...lol...

You are strong to drink water before your walk. I can not make it home if I have much water before hand. Just a little bit - I guess. Hang in there with the heat wave. It is supposed to end next week - I believe!
