Things are going very well. . .except that my family thinks I'm crazy and they are being driven nuts by my diet. For me it takes a lot of focus to stay on track, and appearantly with that focus I am not paying attention to my family the way that I should. I tell myself I am doing it for them (to be a healthier example to them) but it really isn't true. I am doing this for me. So now I just need to figure out how I can stay focused without driving my family crazy.
