KIDS BOUGHT ME A WEIGHT WATCHERS SCALE FEW MONTHS AGO, I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE HINT THEN, SO IT A REALIABLE ONE.
I USED ALWAYS ONLY WEIGHT MYSELF ONCE A WEEK BUT NOW UP TO 4 TIMES A DAY. WILL HAVE TO BREAK THIS STUPID HABIT, BUT ITS LIKE A COMFORT THING AT THE MOMENT.
STILL IN A POSSITIVE MOOD, GOING TO MY PALS HOUSE LATER, SHE TXTED TO SAY SHE WOULD COOK A HAM, BUT I TOLD HER NOT TO, THAT I WAS VERY SERIOUS ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT THIS TIME.
GRANDKIDS CALLING TODAY AS THEIR DAD OFF TO K.LUMPAR ON WEDNESDAY. SO GREAT BUSY, OCCUPIED, DAY AHEAD OF ME.
AND I KNOW NOW THATS MY MAIN WEIGHT GAINING THING, NOT BEING OCCUPIED AND FEELING IMPORTANT TO PEOPLE.
