Today was a weird day. It was Father's day and I went to a little gathering at my Father in laws house. I ate a bbg chicken wing, some green beans, some crab dip that was very cheesy, about 8 shrimp, a couple bites of a pork rib, and two little pieces of crusty italian bread that had been cut up to eat with the crab dip. I don't think I went over too bad on my carbs if at all or my sugar for that matter unless it was the bbq sauce. Yet I feel kind of guilty. I did drink plenty of water so we will see how the weigh in goes en la manana. Buenos noches.
